You should have more Thanksgiving stuff and more options to take pictures and put them in the appmore ways to crop the picture and edit it to create with the background of the picture

No instructions for Magic Cut?- locked out

I kept trying to use this feature of the app but got repeated errors that I needed to choose an appropriate pic. There are no institutions anywhere in the app to tell you what kind of pic is needed. I was locked out after several tries with different pics and told I’d completed 12 of the magic cut background pics already. No I just tried 12 times unsuccessfully. Don't understand. I like the other free features though.

The App refuses to restore my purchase.

I loved this app with my first child. I now have a second child, and I’d love to use it again, but the app refuses to restore my purchase. It says the purchase has been restored but nevertheless forces me to subscribe again.

Won’t let me cancel my subscription

I signed up for the free 3 day trial, and decided I didn’t want it. There is no where on the app for me to cancel it myself. I submitted a request to the support team since that’s all it would let me do. I was charged for the yearly subscription on day two of the free trial (you have to cancel it 24 hours before the trial is up, so it’s not really a free 3 day trial anyway). I never received an email back, so I requested a refund and was told my trial had ended and they are not obligated. I was sent a link to cancel my subscription, and all it gave me was plan options. I am still unable to cancel and had to dispute the charge on my card. This is not right, and I would rate zero stars if I could.

Not a fan of the subscription addition

I used this app so much for my first kid so I was excited to track this pregnancy with the same stickers that I had PAID FOR the first time. But I redownload and find out those purchases are no longer honored and now require a subscription, essentially paying 10x what I paid last time, and then some if I kept using them after delivery. A huge bummer.

Magic cut doesn’t work

App always frozen

The only thing keeps me from not paying monthly. Cute stuffs but app doesn’t work well. Have to open many times to get it open and sometimes have to delete the app and start over.

BEWARE: Trick Payment!

I was signing up for the trial and it actually charged me for the membership. I’ve NEVER had an app do this before! Very upset with how it says free trial but charges you.
