I like that this app gave me many different options to choose from. I wanted to decorate every single picture I had in my phone just to explore more creative photos

Heartbroken!!

I have been keeping up with my last baby’s milestones with this app! Every. Last. One! Log in to add the newest milestone at 9 months and everything is GONE! I paid for an annual subscription and I am devastated!! I emailed support and the only response I received was them asking if the problem was fixed, which made me even more upset. I pray this can be restored or I’ll be expecting a full refund at the very minimum.

Great for baby milestones, please add more for school age children!!

Would love to have more back to school sticker options for school age children!! Like “hello first grade”-5th grade, “first day of 2nd grade”, etc…

Different than it used to be

I bought this app and used it through two pregnancies. It was great and I loved it which is why i coughed up the $7 originally. Now on my third pregnancy the app is saying I need to purchase a monthly subscription to use it again. In this economy?!

$34.99 annual subscription comes with limited uses

I actually really like this app; quality is great, interface and usability is great, lots of features. BUT my favorite feature to use, the Magic Cut “sticker maker” feature is limited to 7 uses a week. For the cost of the $34.99 annual subscription, it should be unlimited. Especially with the dozens of competing photo editors out there, many of which are free. Complete racket.

Entire story disappeared

I updated the app and my whole story I've been adding to for 4 months vanished. I'm not even able to email support, it says "email could not be sent"

I'm in a stressful situation atm off work due to sick child. And financially struggling. They billed me for a yearly subscription. I do not use this app and I have spent hours trying to cancel the subscription or contact for support with no avail.. I'm crying as that money is all I had for nappys and formula for my baby.. for an app I do not use and didn't consent to paying for
