The concept behind this app is fantastic and our family loves seeing all the updates + commenting + interacting. There are two aspects holding this back from being 5 stars: 1) The subscription should be per-album and not per-account. I’d pay to have our baby’s album ad-free since the grandparents find the ads confusing and accidentally click on them, ruining the experience and taking them off the app 🙁 2) The Moments 🗓️ tab should be the default landing view instead of the busy Home feed. The calendar view is convenient for navigating the memories and sorting by date, and it’s more intuitive for older users (A nice-to-have would also be Dark Mode!)

I love being able to share photos of my kid with relatives. This app has had a lot of bugs in the last year. The development team is pretty quick to respond to bugs, but it's still annoying.

I love this but..

I love how I can have my baby’s album at my fingertips. I love all the stickers and backgrounds. It really makes it easy to put everything in one place. Cons: However, the one thing that I don’t like is that the album can’t be saved to my phone or shared to others to look at. It also seems the only way I have access to it now is if I renew my subscription. You need to have a share/save option and the ability to access it for a lifetime not just when you subscribe. If I’m missing something please clarify. Thank you.

Loving this app

I love that I can capture every moment she makes a month older and even after she will make a year. This app just makes everything much easier to let the world know how she is growing up to be a little healthy baby.

We have been using this app for over 3 years, but due to the recent price increase we will be looking for alternatives. Almost doubling the price seems a bit ridiculous, especially for those who have years and years of photos on here. Very frustrated and disappointed by this, and I don't want to keep investing my time in putting pictures in here if next year they're just going to double the price again.

App keeps crashing

I have been using Tinybeans since early 2021 and at first, I loved it so much! It was a great app and was designed in a simple format that was working great. Then they converted to a subscription model which is fine as I was hoping it would improve but the opposite happened. The app started crashing every time I would try to upload a photo. I kept raising issues hoping they would fix the bug but they never did! I would receive bunch of guidelines and follow it but never solved the problem. I stopped using the app for 9 months hoping it would be fixed (despite paying annual subscription) but no! I just tried using it and it crashed again… I got all the software updates etc so I don’t understand why this app that once used to be such a lovely app to use became just absolutely a nightmare. I recommend using Google Photos or other family photo sharing app.

The price increase is extortionate and unnecessary. Now having to cancel and lose all those memories along with being able to share with family. If anyone knows of other apps similar but don't rip you off let me know.

Great way to share your lil ones journey with friends and family. Edit 9/24 I totally understand a marginal price increase but this increase was a bit on the aggressive side. $74.99 for a year is a big jump from the prior subscription price. Kinda between a rock and a hard place since this is the only place that I have been sharing daily pics of my lil dude since he was born.

This used to be an excellent app, but they keep increasing the cost and the app doesn't work. It posts three or four of the same picture after I've only loaded it once and I have to go delete everything. It takes forever for past pictures to load and I'm fairly certain many of them are missing because they never load. They just increased the cost by $50 again and if I didn't already have my pictures on here and shared with my family then I wouldn't renew. I'm not sure what exactly I'm paying for

Update: after logging out and logging back in I'm able to upload again so that's an improvement. Still disappointed in recent changes: even though I was forced to subscribe to upload, I'm still subjected to in-app advertisements. I'm sure my family members are too. What a let down. I'll be on the lookout for a replacement. Double Update: trash tier app charging exorbitant prices for near constant enshittification while simultaneously assaulting their customers with a barrage of advertisements.

Too too much advertisement. Additionally, there is no way one can add new pics from gallery for editing one first selection is done. Uninstalled the app immediately.

Waste of data ..it doesn't show full galary photo ..so you don't have choice to select photo ..you have only choice to select from camara roll photo ..

I love the app and have been using it for the last 8 years! Over 2 kids but increasingly getting annoyed cuz we keep getting "lifetime subscriptions" only for the annual rate to go up each year!

Been on the app for a while and paid since 21. Pretty disappointed for the price increase and the reliability I've had with the app and with the email consistency (90+ grandmother doesn't have a smart phone). At this point we're looking for alternatives before the renewal in Sept. Haven't completely jumped ship yet, but doubling the price is pretty steep, and 20 memories a month is pretty low. Pretty disappointed there wasn't a grandfathering or discount for existing.

Pay $75 per year. Often photos can't be viewed by other family members and is very intermittent on what photos you can see comparing different phone's on the same day. Restrictions on uploading photos for other family members 👎

Used to be a great app. Now you have to view one or two video ads for every picture you view. Ridiculous! Ads are very disruptive and ruin the experience.

I really love Tinybeans and have been using it for 7+ years. It's a great way to share photos of our kids with friends and family without posting those pictures on social media (we move often for my husband's work). However, I'm not sure I can justify the price increase for the premium subscription though (was $39.99, now $74.99). I'm actively looking for an alternative service.
