Not happy
My granddaughter has sent me twice I got the app but it won’t allow me to go any further. It’s frustrating. Even had my son screenshot and he couldn’t get it up. My iPad is only a year old. So it’s not old. Not a happy great grandmother

Landscape and ads
The landscape orientation does not work well on iPad. It flips back to portrait without warning. It is super annoying. All the notifications of calendars and other ads is intrusive.

Deceiving
I paid 39.99 for this app and many of the functions requiere an upgrade to pro version. The only thing you get here are some stickers for your pictures.

Love this app!
I’ve been using this app since 2019 and I still use and love it. I love the monthly and quarterly videos I get. I’m even more excited now that I can edit them! This app was a great way to keep my family updated on my baby during the COVID lockdown. I pay for the monthly subscription and don’t regret it one bit!

Great for online sharing, not so good for printing
I’ve been using this app for some years now, and it’s easy to use and intuitive for grandparents, which I like. But when I’ve tried to print albums, I’ve ended up not doing it. When you create the album, it lets you add the first comment made in that pic, but it doesn’t pull who wrote it. You would need to go back and check, and manually editing the comment to display a name. Also, you can choose a different comment, it has to be the first one. That to me defeats the whole purpose of allowing the comments to show. I only printed the “free” pictures once and they didn’t arrive, but I assume it got lost.

The ads they put on other games
I do not have this app but I'm giving this app a bad review JUST based off the fact their ads are 5 mins a piece on other games. This is the 4th time this ad has popped up and it made me angry. Thank you for letting me know to never download !

I love this app
I have used this app for almost 2 years now, and I pay for just the basic premium. Being a military family we’re away from the main family most of the time and will likely move a lot in our lives, so my daughters grandparents can watch her grow on a daily, just by photos. Since taking photos and using the phone is the new norm. They’re always telling me how forever grateful for the app and being able to watch her grow. I love this app and have recommended it to so many people on base, plus they also sell cute family things like photobooks (so much easier to have someone else make it lol) calendars, stickers, etc.. it’s definitely worth it.

Worth the money!
Love the free monthly photos. I always end up ordering extra because the cost is so reasonable. Ordered the photo book last month. Loved it, also a great value. Made having a brag book with me at all time convenient! Will order again.

Is this thing even on?
I was sent the invitation by my nephew. It downloaded. To log in you either need to be a member or have a QR code. No QR code is included in the invitation. So, I can’t access anything. I don’t have the time to beta test products. There must be a better app.

Family Album.
Photos are always crystal clear. I’m able to see the everyday lives of my little nephews, which is fantastic. I like the way you can leave comments.

No one can figure it out
I know the Elderly are bad at technology. But half the people I invite get an email with a password and when they open the app they are promoted to enter the password and boom they’re connected. The other half end up on their own island completely disconnected from our family’s page and I have no way to help them as their experience is radically different from that of my own. The developers have to understand for parents trying to share pictures but protect their children we are already inconveniencing our confused and elderly loved ones. It needs to be so user friendly an 80 year old can do it.

Great fun for whole family
I wanted a way to share photos of my new baby with my whole family that would not involve social media and not have to have another group chat. It’s the perfect app to have family engagement without the pressure in everyone to respond to each and every photo. No one gets left out and it’s super easy for the grandparents to use. I also love the settings - parents decide who gets access to the group. I also like the monthly photos you can order - very sweet feature

Not worth it
So I did the free trial and it’s trying t ok charge me for the whole year before the trial has even started cancelled the subscription the same day and it still took 42$ so unless you plan on using it don’t do the free trial it will charge you within minutes

Going downhill
Used to love this app. Expected the experience to at least stay the same and not degrade when the price increased to almost double. Since then we have had weekly issues with the app. Most recently, more than once a week, we are unable to upload photos because they all show as back in the preview.
