We have used this app non stop since our eldest was born 6.5 years ago, it's such a great way to keep family who don't live near by as well as those who do up to date with kids lives! All without bombarding anyone with messages. They can choose when to catch up on pics. It's great for memories and our 5 & 6 year olds love looking back on their photos with us. My sister also uses it and we love seeing what her kids are up to as they don't live near us. 100% recommended.

Good app but has some issues
App keeps exiting me out and won’t fully load when I try to get back in the app should be five starts but this bug is what needs to be fixed

This app cannot find photos on an Android device, so I can't add new photos. Doesn't work on my Pixel phone or my Pixel tablet. Frustrating.

aside from a time markers between events in the view for specific type of action, everything is quite clear, but that time just not correlate with anything or does not correlate correctly. I somewhat figured out that it shows time spent in other activities between the activities in that type, but it seems to be off by a few minutes in all cases, so it somehow wrong :D basically I would just like explanation for that feature :D otherwise: love it, everything is simple to use and very helpful

I enjoy the app as it helps me keep track of my baby, however, I give the app only 4 stars because there is no option to log into the account from another device, which means only one person is able to access or log data for a child. Would really love an option to do so.

THIS IS A SCAM
We've been using Tiny Beans for a few years. It is a service that allows us to upload photos of our kids, and it then organizes them by date. It also allows us to share photos with our extended family like a private social media page. We have honestly loved it though it is really just a private facebook page at best. We've had a premium membership for a year or two which was $40 per year. However, they just announced a price hike to $75 per year. Not wanting to pay the higher price, my wife and I decided to cancel. THIS IS WHERE THE FRUSTRATION STARTS. The cancellation page is easy to find, however, when you hit cancel subscription, there is a pop up offer for a discount to get you to stay. The options are "Send me the offer!" or "Cancel Subscription". Neither button works. Frustrated, I look for payment options to try and delete my credit card from the account. No visibility for the card on the account. Even payment history just has XXXX instead of the card number. There isn't even an option to swap to a new card. So I look for a phone number on the page to call. No phone number. No readily available email, though I did eventually dig one up. Our renewal date is in a week, and I have no recourse to stop the payment other than cancelling my credit card. Do not subscribe to Tinybeans! If you do, do it through the Apple App Store or Google Play so that cancellation is streamlined. It was a great service that we have recommended to friends in the past, but now it seems like a scam site. I believe they came under new ownership during the time that we have had them. Stay away!

this app used to be rated higher in my opinion, but now they have changed it and now members can screenshot pictures of my baby which is the whole reason we have it, so that people can’t share his image without our us knowing so 1 star for them.

Difficult to use. Not user friendly. I work in IT and I am technical, yet this app is not great at working out. You'd be better downloading the Amazon Photo unlimited app and uploading photos there.

I deleted my account and removed all friends and family, yet they’re still receiving memory emails. That is incredibly creepy, especially considering they were removed from my family album and we no longer have an active subscription. We chose not to renew after 5 years of continuous service because the price increased every single year. They do not honor loyal, long-time subscribers, and I refuse to support a company that won’t support the customers who supported them.
