Please I want my money back, I downloaded the app and was not pleased with its features...I forgot to cancel the subscription and now my money has been taken. I'm not using your app, I need my refund please 😭

Amazing app

As a grandma, I just love this app! I truly enjoy all of the shared pics. Unfortunately, Since I got a new phone, I’m unable to post photos that I’ve taken . Not sure why?!

No longer allows monthly subs

This was nice when you could just pay for a month. I don’t need a year subscription. I’ll find a new app.

Free but limited photos

Truly LOVE the app. It’s like a private little invitation-only instagram. My only complaint is you get the app, start downloading pics each day, invite family/friends, and then the app stops you and (of course) tells you you’re restricted to 20 photos a month unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Would give the app 5 stars otherwise.

The whole family loves it!

It makes it so easy for me to share photos of my family to only people I choose to have access to! I post daily and my family looks forward to photos each day! It helps keep us connected. Very easy app to use!

Love the calendar feature and ability for family to like and comment. Just wish there were different ways to view each day’s photos instead of having to scroll through every single one. It gets finicky at times and can be annoying when there are a lot of photos.

Scrolling is broken

Please fix this program so it doesn’t jump around to other pictures as you scroll through a series of today’s photos. So frustrating

I was never able to even use the app to edit a picture because it was just ad ad ad ad ad ad ad ad ad ad ad ad as soon as I opened it. so I finally closed it and uninstalled it.

Pricing Model is Terrible

We’ve been using this app for three years and have enjoyed it, but a recent change has left us frustrated. We pay for the subscription to maintain a photo library for our children, yet now, anyone other than the parents is limited to just 20 uploads a month unless they pay for their own subscription. It doesn’t make sense that others would need to pay to contribute to the library we’re paying for. Because of this, we’re now looking into other apps as an alternative.

Ugh, the price increase is appalling. theoretically, when paying, you're supposed to be able to upload 5 minute videos - haven't been able to do that since 2022. Nothing over 3:30 will upload. And now only me and my husband can upload videos that length! Only using this app still for caption length and all the photos I already have on it. It was amazing in '21 and '22, then they wanted to start with "content" and broke everything

Love it! But glitchy :(

I love this app! The idea behind it, display, it’s awesome! The app has always been glitchy for me, with a variety of issues… but, I have been keeping up with it for 5 years, with probably 5-30 photos a day, so maybe it’s just the size of my album! … despite the glitches, I highly recommend this tool to keep memories of you children! I get weekly “flashback” emails that make my day!!

Used to be great, but now it’s impossible to use.

Like a lot of software companies, they think they’re improving their software, but they make it harder to use every time they do a new release.
